Private Lessons old
Do you suffer from back pain? Can you identify with feeling "as stiff as a board"? Do you find simple movements like tying your shoelaces and putting on your pants to be an unwelcome challenge?
Then meet Will Martin, a former almost professional whitewater kayaker who stopped because of multiple back injures (and because it was getting a bit crazy and scary), and whose back was so stiff and sore he would wake up and strategise about the best way to get from lying down to sitting upright. He knows what it’s like to be limited by pain and stiffness in basic movements in an absurdly ordinary day.
Will started using yoga practice for his back in 2013 and has since made a full recovery and been living back-pain-free for over 2 years, and he's been teaching this same style of yoga that helped him heal since 2015.
Will Martin is currently offering private yoga classes tailored to meet your needs and to fulfill on what you want to have happen with your body. Classes can be held either here at the studio or in your home or workplace. Typically you'll meet for one session per week, and, the scheduling is completely adaptable to your life and your goals.
